Last year on Korean New Year we didn't eat our "Duk Guk".
Duk Guk is rice cake soup. Koreans eat it every year on
New Years to bring them good luck.
Last year we missed it, and we had kindof a crappy year!
This year we didn't want to take any chances so we invited
Soung Jo and Jee Hoon over and ate lots and lots of good luck soup.
Of course we had to have lots and lots of other food as well!
Yummy! We were all stuffed. I am looking forward to a really
lucky year now. You better not fail me little rice cakes!
